I have heard a lot about yoga and meditation before but I've never actually done it. My teacher made us sit for 60 seconds at the beginning of each class but I would just feel awkward. I liked that there were YouTube videos so that I could give Yoga a try without seeming silly from the comfort from my own home.
Below is the video I used. I really liked Adriene because she seemed to really care about YOGA and not about looking good in a sports bra. She has a 30 days of Yoga series and I'd be interested in trying it, might be a good way to start my day.
